What is electronic service of process and is it allowed in Texas?
The Texas Supreme Court announced Monday that it will allow service of process in civil cases through social media or email if traditional methods of serving lawsuits in-person or through the mail fail. In other words, If you've tried everything and you bring back a declaration to the judge and he/she gives you an "Order to Serve by Electronic service" you can come here and order eService online!

Add Service Contacts
While using the eFiling portal or via our eServe Order Form you'll need to add your list of service contacts and their eMail Addresses. If you have an order for service by Social Media please contact us.

The recipient has opened the email notification and clicked the link inside, which opens a page where they can download all eServed documents.

Notification
You will receive an email notifying you of the successful eService. If your specific court requires an affidavit or proof of service, indicate that during your online order.
