Schedule Your eService by Following These Simple Steps that are REQUIRED For Valid Service to Take Effect.
It's important to check your local State Rules for eService. Currently you are unable to eServe a defendant without first receiving an order from the Judge. This is usually obtain after failed due diligent attempts to serve by traditional methods is proved.

Add Service Contacts
Whether using the eFiling portal our eService Order Form, you will need to add your list of service contacts and their eMail Addresses. If you have an Order for service via Social Media please contact us.

Click Send
eServe is sent to the intended recipient via email.

Retrieved
The recipient has opened the email notification and clicked the link inside, which opens a page where they can download all the eServed documents.

Notification
You will receive an email notifying you of the successful eService. If your specific court requires an affidavit or proof of service, indicate that during your online order.
